Cancellation & Refund Policy
MSM Study FZ-LLC
MSM Study Dubai defines a “cancellation” as any official withdrawal before the course start date indicated in the first offer letter.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the student’s designated MSM Admissions Advisor.
Refund Schedule for Cancellations:
- 30 days or more before the course start date: non-refundable 2500$ and non-refundable fees listed below
- 15 to 29 days before the course start date: 50% non-refund of paid tuition fees and non-refundable fees listed below
- Less than 14 days before the course start date or no-show: 100% non-refund of paid tuition fees and non-refundable fees listed below
Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date the written cancellation request is approved.
Non-refundable Fees:
- Enrollment/registration fee
- Visa application or Emirates ID fees
- Bank transfer fees
- Administration/processing fees
- Accommodation booking fee
Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 14+ days before arrival: Charged 1 month of accommodation
- Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: Charged 2 month of accommodation
For short-term courses accommodation cancellation policy will apply individually.
Additional conditions may apply depending on the selected accommodation option.
Withdrawal Policy
A withdrawal is defined as a student terminating their course after the official start date.
All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to the MSM Academy management team. This is necessary for proper visa cancellation, academic records update, and accommodation adjustment.
No tuition fees will be refunded in the case of withdrawal after the course has started.

- This policy may be updated without prior notice.
- All refunds are issued in the same currency and method as the original payment.
