This deposit may be used in the event of any damage caused to facilities at the place of accommodation and/or the education center by the Student. In the event that the deposit is spent in order to pay for damage caused to facilities at the place of accommodation or the education center, the Student shall be obliged to repay the original amount of the deposit based on written notification to do so by MSM. MSM undertakes to return the deposit, or any unused part thereof, to the Student following the end of the course and as soon as it receives confirmation from the place of accommodation and/or the education center that no damage has been caused.

Course Start Date

If necessary, the course start date may be deferred.
However, if a visa has already been issued, the visa dates cannot be amended, and may no longer align with the revised course schedule.

Visa

Students will remain under the MSM’s sponsorship only while actively enrolled in a full-time study program. Sponsorship will not continue after the completion of studies.

Exiting the UAE automatically cancels the Student Visitor Visa. Students are responsible for ensuring that they do not overstay their visa duration. Any fines incurred due to overstaying or failure to exit the country in a timely manner will be the student’s responsibility.

Students who are changing their visa status (e.g., from tourist, employment, or residence visa) must ensure that they have sufficient remaining time on their current visa. Any fines or charges resulting from delays or overstays will be the responsibility of the student.

All visa requirements please check with the UAE consulate in your country according to your nationality.

If MSM is sponsoring your visa you should pay extra for this service.

Attendance Requirements

In accordance with immigration regulations, students are legally required to attend their classes and maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80% per calendar month.

If a student’s attendance falls below 70%, they will receive a verbal warning, followed by a written warning.

Should a student be absent for a period longer than two consecutive weeks without providing a valid reason, the student may be officially reported as expelled.

In such cases:

  • A fine of 2,000 USD will be applied
